From an aromatic catfish soup (fish soup) with puff-puff (airy, deep-fried dough balls) as a starter, to pepper sauce with smoky jollof rice, marinated deep-fried chicken, plantains, and braised leafy greens, to a dessert like chin-chin (crispy, slightly sweet pastry pieces), accompanied by traditional drinks such as zobo or zobolo (hibiscus flower drink).
